UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER:

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 

In the peculiar facts of this case we direct respondent no. 6 to provide print out of the data collected to the learned Mediator by 11/2/2012. We request the learned mediator to ascertain how much amount in fact is due and payable to the petitioners and other authorities. We direct the concerned respondents to deposit the amount indicated by the learned Mediator with the Secretary General of the Supreme Court within two weeks of the order of the learned Mediator.

All the parties would be at liberty to participate in the proceedings before the learned Mediator.

The hon’ble Supreme Court has passed an order which is absolutely in our favor.Speak Asia Online news in Zee Business on 6th Feb 2012 .

The salient features of today’s orders are as follows:

1. SAOL has been ordered to deposit 50 crores with the Supreme Court Registry.

2. CBDT (IT Dept) has been asked to give the details of their dues.

3. EOW has been ordered to handover the admin rights of the website along with all other material to the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Lahotiji.

The Hon’ble Supreme Court has ordered in the favor of Panelists. The Court was pleased to order Speak Asia Online Pte. Ltd. to deposit the money into the Court registry within two weeks. EOW has also been ordered to hand over all material to the Mediator Hon’ble Mr. Justice R. C. Lahoti ji. This is prima facie initial report , the detailed update will be posted by today evening after reading the detailed order.
