   ASHOK BAHIRWANI, AISPA SECRETARY commenting outside the court on WP (C) No. 383/2011 filed on behalf of Mr. Solomon James, that SC had formed a Committee under Ex Chief Justice of India ” R C Lohati ” to look into how payments are to made to panelists and AISPA wanting release of speakasiaonline from EoW, Mumbai in order to make these payments. Again, the same rascal Ashok Bahirwani trying to get SC to intervene to release Rs150 crores held up in AP by the CID.

   This is all eyewas to befool the panelists and the public and the government agencies. The dues to the panelists is of the tune of Rs3000 crores and not Rs150 crores. The speakasiaonline site must continue to be under control of EoW, Mumbai who should also pursue arrest of Haren Kaur and Manoj Kumar to recover the shortfall. The website speakasiaonline and these funds must remain with the above stated committee until all dues by way of Reward Points have been paid to the panelists by the committee (and not speakasia management) along with membership fees of panelists interested in exiting speakasia. The EoW already has list of panelists, accumulated dues, membership fees and bank accounts of each of the panelists.

   I am writing to Ex Chief Justice of India ” R C Lohati “, EoW, Mumbai, MoC and RBI governor with the above suggestion.
